What is AI application review?
Pro can analyse whitelist application answers and show staff an advisory summary: how likely answers look AI-assisted, plus a few giveaway bullets. It is a hint for reviewers, not an auto-accept or auto-deny.
What does portal customisation include?
Pro unlocks brand color, corner style, hero banner, custom header logo and wordmark, plus homepage layout, hero, and card presentation styles. Tagline and social links are free.
Is the FiveM queue included on Free?
The priority queue with Discord role points, bypass, slot saving, and the connect screen is Pro only. Free plans connect players without the queue system.
Are Discord bot commands included on Free?
No. Slash commands like /players, /viewqueue, and /bypassqueue require Pro. Free still includes Discord sign-in, role sync, and staff permissions on the dashboard.
Who pays - me or my community?
The community owner's account controls the plan. Limits apply per owner across all communities they run.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pro annual is £179.91/year (£14.99/mo equivalent) - 25% less than paying monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
